Orangutan in zoo

For those of you who have visited various zoos, there are certain animals you want to see. I learned of primates while an undergraduate in Ohio. When I visited Hawaii, I was impressed by the primates (particularly the ones at the zoo). I bought an annual pass to the Hawaiian Zoo because it was an affordable means to visit multiple times. As with many such organizations, the pass pays for itself; in comparison to paying a single admission fee each time you visit. I was soon recognized by staff, and they just waved me through the check in. The direction I chose was to the right which led to the primate area. Lemurs to the right and monkeys to the left, a wide sidewalk area led back to the Orangutan enclosure. The first few times I visited, both individuals were towards the back of the enclosure as…
