The shoreline near Cape Cod has a reputation of being a ship graveyard. There are an estimated 3000+ ships that have wrecked in the area. Shifting shoals, and inclement weather are contributing factors. As with multiple online resources, they refer to the ships that landed on the bottom. This list includes collisions, run aground, and abandoned vessels. The entries will be updated as further information is found.
