As I research the Sea Captains of the Redwood Coast via local historic newspapers I realized that books on shipwrecks in Oregon have omitted the wrecks on the Rivers. At times, Seems like they were playing bumper boats. These are the same vessels i.e. steam schooners that plied the Pacific from San Francisco to Seattle. Which means a revised booklet of Oregon Shipwrecks will be written by me for 2024. I currently have 200 copies of the 2023 Oregon Shipwrecks available for any one who is interested.
