09 Feb 1921 in an article in the Morning Oregonian of Portland, Oregon it stated that: An action to force Captain Olaf O. Hana of the freighter H. B. Lovejoy to pay the government $13.50.($30.49 today) the value of liquor found aboard the vessel by the customs inspectors, but not mentioned in the manifest, was instituted in the United States district court today.
